Exhange Fee
Unlike our competitors, there are no exchange fees, but you do need to pay the shipping costs.

What
An item can only be exchanged if it is completely unused. That means the item must not be worn, installed, or used in any way. All tags, stickers, and packaging must be completely unblemished. We are not able to offer exchange service on electronic items due to their sensitive nature.

How
You may exchange an item that meets the above conditions. Contact our parts department for an RMA number and send the item to:

Unless you make other arrangements with our parts department, the new item will be sent to you once we receive the old one.
